Pricing
All indicated prices are in Singapore dollars. We reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance.
We put our best effort to provide you with full and correct details of the product, descriptions and prices, but errors may be found. If we found any error in prices of product, we will inform you as soon as possible and let you make your own decision as to whether you confirm your purchase order at the correct price or cancel your purchase order.
If we cannot contact you within 7 business days, your purchase order will be deemed cancelled. In such case, if you have made full payment for your purchase order, you will receive a refund in full. We are not bound to comply with your purchase order if prices shown on this website is incorrect (even though after your purchase order have been accepted).

Right to Purchase
We reserve our rights to limit the quantity of certain product to be purchased by each customer as specified on our website.
We cannot guarantee that every product offer online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In such rare event where the order product has zero stock at your order processing, we will inform you by phone / email, to make alternative arrangement.
Order Fulfilment and Confirmation
We are committed to fulfil all orders in the shortest possible time. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment received. No online purchase is confirmed until processed by our staff.
Delivery Service
Free delivery within Singapore Island for purchase value of SGD $500.00 & above.

If you require delivery service when your order is below $500.00, a delivery charge of SGD $20.00 will apply [Subject to Additional fees* | Out-of-bounds areas#] . Alternatively, you may choose to self-collect from our store. Self-collection can be done at 55 Serangoon North Avenue 4 S9 #01-18 S(555859).
Delivery normally take 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays) from date of order processing. Delivery timing: Monday – Friday (1000 – 1530 hrs )
* Additional fee: $20 chargeable for areas in Central Business District, Orchard Shopping District, Sentosa, Pioneer Sector, Benoi Sector, Tuas.
