This RJ45 SPD carry out complex lightning surge protection for PoE lines, data lines and power supply over the network.
It has two RJ45 female jacks, so the in-line installation is a very easy and straight forward. It protects any Ethernet devices like switches, routers, laptops/ PCs, IP Camera etc from damaging surges caused by lightning or electrostatic discharge.
Moreover, because of PoE feature it allows PoE enabled devices to remain powered while still protected against damaging lightning strikes or voltage spikes.
The working voltage is 48V AC / cc, the response time is less than 1ns and the transmission rate is 10MHz. It is a good partner of CCTV camera and can protect CCTV camera in bad weather. It can be used for overvoltage protection signals in monitoring systems such as power supply, control signal and video signal.
